Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven Site Manager for our Old Rancheria campus to support daily operations, program delivery, and team leadership. This hands-on role includes teaching therapeutic riding and groundwork lessons, supporting instructors and volunteers, and ensuring a safe, professional, and high-quality experience for participants and horses. This position is ideal for a skilled equestrian with experience working with people with disabilities and a passion for inclusive, community-centered programs.
