Leadership retreats will be help at RockRose Ranch which has both indoor and outdoor facilities including two barns, a covered round pen, outdoor arena, club house with conference space and kitchen.

How do retreats support Halleck Creek's mission?

While our core focus remains serving people with disabilities, our leadership retreats are designed as a complementary way to support and sustain our adaptive and therapeutic programs. Currently, participant tuition covers only 16% of the true cost of delivering adaptive riding lessons; the remaining 84% is made possible through donations to our Breaking Barriers Fund.
RockRose Ranch offers unique resources—including experienced senior horses who have transitioned out of the riding program—that are ideally suited for ground-based leadership and personal development work. By leveraging these existing assets, honoring our commitment to lifelong learning, and responding to a growing demand for meaningful, experiential professional development, we are able to welcome new audiences to the ranch. These retreats generate earned revenue that directly supports our mission, expands access to our programs, and strengthens the long-term sustainability of our services for the disability community.

While these retreats are primarily designed for corporate groups and teams who are able to pay full program fees, we do occasionally offer reduced rates for mission-aligned community groups, such as parents of children with disabilities or nonprofit teams who directly support our participants.
