A skill building experience that develops subtle awareness, reflection & resilience.
Working in healthcare is demanding, requiring constant awareness, emotional presence, and rapid response. This program gives healthcare professionals the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the qualities that sustain effective, compassionate care, through guided equine interactions, reflection, and heart-centered practice.
Our healthcare oriented programs use mindful interactions with horses to help you integrate leadership skills while deepening your self-knowledge. Grounded in research and inspired by Caring Science and HeartMath, these experiences offer a unique, heart-centered approach to personal and professional growth.

Two Day Course: Deepening the Power of the Caring Nurse and all Healthcare Professionals with Equine Assisted Learning Format & Schedule: 12 hours over 2 days Day 1: 3 hr interactive virtual (cameras on) session where concepts and techniques are introduced for practice on day 2 Day 2: In-person hands on facilitated equine interactions at the ranch. Intentionally phone-free for deeper presence. Group Size: 10–1
